Hoover Color’s Blended Reds are a unique blend of red iron oxides which can range in color from a deep crimson brown to deep brownish red. As with all Iron Oxide Pigments, Blended Reds are permanent and light fast. They provide excellent chemical and heat resistance. Hoover Color offers two standard Blended Red Iron Oxides.

General Use Grades - These products can be used in any application that meets with the physical limitations outlined above.

P-20 Natural Red (C.I. Pigment Red 101) - A deep crimson brown with strong red undertones excellent for coatings.

Construction Grades - These products are not ground to the fineness of our “General Use” Grades.  While they still exhibit the same coloring & physical properties of other grades, these products may require more processing in order to thoroughly mix or disperse them.

P-420 Natural Red (C.I. Pigment Red 101) - A dark red with strong brown undertones excellent for cement and building product applications.
